Shipping & Returns

Do you ship discreetly? 
YES! We want to ensure privacy and will make sure your box is as inconspicuous as possible without noticeable packaging. 
How long will my delivery take? 
Standard shipping in the continental US takes 4-7 days after delivered to the shipping provider. Alaska and Hawaii shipments can take 10-20 days to deliver. However, shipping delays could occur within the provider.
When does my box ship?
Orders placed between the 1st-10th of the month are to be shipped by the 15th of that month. Orders placed between the 11th-31st (if applicable) of the month are shipped by the 5th of the following month. However, our shipping is tentative and often ships prior to those dates. 
Where do you ship to? 
Currently, we only ship within the USA. If you need some more information please send us an email at support@bootybox.com
How do you ship your boxes?
Standard shipping will depend on the contents and the weight of your box. Generally, the USPS will coordinate the final delivery to your door but can also be replaced by UPS. 
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are included in the price of your box. Depending on your contents, you will never have to pay more for higher shipping. We will cover the rest!
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes! However to ensure accurate delivery please give us a call or email us at support@bootybox.com with the full address so we can apply it to the account. 
What is your return policy? 
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we currently are not accepting returns. This ensures safe usage of all of our products as well as peace of mind. 
What if my product is missing or damaged?
We do apologize for this! If you send us an email at support@bootybox.com including a photo of the damaged product we will be happy to handle this and make it right.
